Why we're
standing up.
Chud The Builder is currently arrested and awaiting trial. His next bond hearing is scheduled for Thursday, May 21.
We're a growing crew of supporters spreading the message further. Americans have a right to exercise our Freedom of Speech rights without fear of violence or death.
For the past few years Chud has continuously been attacked personally, professionally, and now physically outside a Tennessee courthouse. After being assaulted from behind and thrown to the ground, in an attempt to rightfully stand his ground and defend himself, Chud shoots at the violent thug and injures himself in the process. Both survive, but only one gets put through the challenge of a lifetime.
In a fair and just society we would see this 12 time convicted felon be arrested for yet another Aggravated Battery and Dalton given a Medal of Honor. Instead officials threw the book at Dalton, attempting to seek 50 years imprisonment and setting a $1.25M bond (5x higher than actual Double Homicide murderers in that county) all the while the criminal who initiated the violent assault continues to roam our streets freely.
The response from our judiciary, even from our Republican dominated leadership, tells a clear and damning story — we have a two-tiered justice system. Minority races that align with the political agenda get preferential treatments and lenient sentences, quickly released back into society and encouraged to continuing trampling on our shared social contract.
Enough is enough.
